Sample Escrow Protection Letter
When you start a new escrow, we’ll generate a 2 to 3-page Escrow Protection Letter (EPL) for you. The Escrow Protection Letter contains all the details specific to your escrow agreement, including your business name, the beneficiary name, legal form, and deposit frequency.
