Material that is not in a Git code repository can be collected separately and added to your product. Think for example of technical documentation, or material that’s important for development and management of the software solution. Or additional data that is not included in a Git repository.

Collect escrow material
Collect the material in one or more directories (folders) and compress these folders into one file. This can be done, for example, with Winzip (Windows), 7zip or other compress tool or command like “tar”.
Always keep a copy of the deposit material for your own reference and subsequent update deposits.
Secure the material
Encrypt the archived escrow material with OpenPGP. We recommend GnuPG (The GNU Privacy Guard), this is a free implementation of the OpenPGP standard. Detailed instructions are available for:
Upload
Escrow material can be uploaded in the my.escrow365.com enviroment.
- Login to my.escrow365.com
- Select the right product or Escrow Agreement.
- Select the “Drop your files” tab and select “Start upload“.
- Now drag-and-drop your created and encrypted archive(s) of files.
- Wait until all files are uploaded.
- Optional add additional files, when all files are uploaded, choose “Close deposit“.
- That’s it!
Your upload will be processed and be visible in the “Deposits” tab within a couple of minutes.

Gpg4win
Gpg4win (GNU Privacy Guard for Windows) is encryption software for files and emails. Gpg4win and the software included with Gpg4win are free software (Open Source; among other things free of charge for all commercial and non-commercial purposes).
Installation
Download Gpg4win from https://gpg4win.org. Run and complete the downloaded installer – do not change the default settings.
Start Kleopatra from the Windows start menu. Click on Settings and then on Configure Kleopatra. In the OpenPGP Keyserver field enter: hkps://keys.openpgp.org. Click on OK
Import public key
Method 1
Click on Lookup on Server…
Enter support@escrow365.com and click on Search. Wait while Kleopatra searches for the public key. Select the public key and click on Import.
