Definitely. Some of our plans have a drag-and-drop function where you can upload escrow material. Just drop a file in, and your deposit will be safely in escrow.
Yes we do. Although in most cases, we are not expecting to process any personal data, we do have a DPA in place. The DPA is applicable to all escrow agreements and all clients contracting under EU laws. It can be found here.
You can deposit in one of two ways: by syncing Escrow365 with your repository, or by manually dragging and dropping your source into the space under the “Drop your files” tab.

Currently we do not offer the option to ‘Go Dutch’(split the bill) in our app. But of course you can arrange this yourselves by recharging the (agreed part) of the escrow fees.
Six weeks before the end-date, we will send you a notification by email that your escrow protection is ending soon. You can then extend your agreement right in your MyEscrow365 account. You’ll see a “Renew” button next to the escrow that needs attention.
Escrow365 is using payment provider Stripe to offer all common payment methods including credit card, PayPal and popular local payment standards.
Alternatively, you can wire the fees via bank transfer to our US or Dutch bank accounts. Note that a bank transfer requires manual processing before your escrow can go ‘live’. If you require instant confirmation and escrow protection, please use Stripe to settle the escrow bill.
